Email logs are retained based on your plan tier (24 hours to 90 days). Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service (SES) to deliver emails. Your email metadata is processed through AWS infrastructure. Please refer to AWS's privacy policy for their data handling practices.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure password hashing, and API key hashing. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
